  • Dec 2011: Anchor Innovation, Inc. supported US Fleet Forces Command facilitating the Solid-Curtain Citadel Shield 2012 Table Top Exercise and Mission Essential Personnel (MEP) Planning Workshop. This two-day event afforded Antiterrorism leadership the opportunity to exercise deliberate operational and tactical decision making in response to complex threat scenarios. The MEP Planning Workshop held on day two provided a forum for leadership to discuss planning factors for commanders to consider in the development of Mission Essential Personnel Plans that preserve critical fleet operations during elevated force protection conditions. The MEP Workshop was presented to over 300 participating commands via VTC and Defense Connect Online.
