ANCHOR INNOVATION, INC. DEVELOPS US FLEET FORCES COMMAND ANTI-TERRORISM PLAN STANDARDIZED PORTABLE TACTICAL POCKET GUIDE

Virginia Beach, VA September 30th, 2010 - Anchor Innovation, Inc. (Anchor) announced today that they were awarded a United States Fleet Forces (USFF) contract to develop a portable Tactical Pocket Guide (TPG), which captures specific executable measures of a standardized Installation Anti-terrorism (AT) Plan.

Critical to this effort is the development of standardized tactics, techniques, and procedures, focused on standardized response and recovery actions of an AT Plan.  The Tactical Pocket Guide is intended to be a complementary component of the standardized Navy Installation AT Plan template.  By identifying key components of the Installation AT Plan, post specific executable measures will be condensed into the portable TPG.  The intention of the TPG is to provide a quick, ready reference tactical guide to the watch stander of executable measures that are specific to the assigned post.
